The JL3180G8 is the first single-socket 1U rack server based on Intel’s Birch Stream platform, specifically designed for medium- and low-computing-power and storage scenarios both domestically and internationally. With its outstanding product specifications, lower costs, and superior performance-to-power ratio, it offers customers a cost-effective platform upgrade alternative, addressing challenges such as TCO and cross-NUMA issues. Paired with Rich IO SKUs, it delivers scalability comparable to dual-socket servers and supports all-flash and GPU configurations.

The single-path architecture eliminates socket-to-socket communication issues, eliminating the need for UPI interconnects and cross-NUMA access, thus achieving lower latency. This architecture enhances user experience, improves system efficiency, boosts interactivity, reduces packet loss rates, and supports a greater number of concurrent users.

Modular component design with flexible arrangement significantly optimizes the chassis depth, making it suitable for a wide range of application scenarios.

Each board card features a separate design, allowing for independent development, flexible combinations, and easy replacement, thereby enhancing architectural flexibility and improving customer maintainability.

System-compatible design that supports multiple SKUs, including both Rich IO and non-Rich IO models, without the need to replace the motherboard.
